Hunter Baby shopping terms follow standard retail practice, but customers may wish to read and understand these terms prior to placing an order on this website. Please note, our shopping terms & conditions may be occasionally updated without notice to our customers and will be effective from any orders placed thereafter.
Customer Service Policy
Hunter Baby is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Domestic standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
All transactions are processed in AUD. All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will be removed at the checkout for orders shipping outside Australia, when these become available through our website.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a full refund or an exchange provided the merchandise is returned in perfect, unused condition with all Hunter Baby garment tags still attached. Merchandise must also be returned with the original receipt and all original packaging. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be received within 10 days of purchase.
If you wish to return an item, kindly contact Hunter Baby beforehand. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include details of the item to be returned, invoice number, your customer details and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
It is our policy that merchandise to be exchanged/refunded is carefully re-packaged and returned by registered post as we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing or arrive damaged. We are unable to refund the initial postage fee and additional postage and handling fees will be incurred by you.
The exchange or refund will be processed when the goods are safely returned to us.
Hunter Baby products are thoroughly examined prior to delivery, however, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact Hunter Baby on 0419 552 996 or email@example.com and you will be offered a full refund or product exchange once the product is returned and inspected. If you choose to accept a refund, you will be credited the full amount (including the cost of the return postage). If you would like your product to be replaced, Hunter Baby will deliver a new product, free of charge.

Other than for the purposes of and subject to the conditions prescribed under the Copyright Act 1968 or any other applicable legislation throughout the world, you may not, in any form or by any means:
- Adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this Website; or
- Commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of this Website without our written permission.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate. Hunter Baby Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.hunterbaby.com.au. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of the original purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts within Australia.
